By submitting your artwork to PixelAura’s virtual exhibition, you agree to the following terms:
1. Exhibition Period Your submitted artwork will be displayed online for the exhibition's period on the PixelAura website and affiliated platforms.
2. Image Usage You grant PixelAura non-exclusive rights to display your submitted images during the exhibition and for promotional use related to the show (e.g., social media, newsletters, press releases). Your name and credit will always accompany the work.
3. Copyright You retain full ownership and copyright of your artwork. PixelAura will not sell or reproduce your work beyond the agreed exhibition and promotional use without your written consent.
4. Sales Sales inquiries will be directed to the artist. PixelAura does not take a commission.
5. Submission Requirements Artists must submit high-resolution images, artwork titles, medium, size, and a brief artist bio/statement. All work must be original and created by the artist.
6. Participation Fees A participation fee is required to confirm your spot. This fee is non-refundable unless the exhibition is canceled by the organizer.
7. Liability The artist confirms that submitted work does not infringe on any copyrights or third- party rights. PixelAura is not liable for any legal issues related to the content submitted.
8. Agreement By submitting your work, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
